The Lead Content Strategist will work in our Content pillar to ensure our digital strategy and solutions are effective and innovative. Bringing together Acne and Deloitte digital’s offering in this area and working alongside the Deloitte Digital’s marketing teams and platform experts (Adobe, Salesforce) is an essential part of this role.
We are looking for Lead Content Strategist to join its growing team in London and help develop our Content offering. We are looking for a smart problem-solver with proven experience in digital-content thinking, someone who can identify and open up creative opportunities for our clients.
The successful applicant will be a super smart thinker with an expert knowledge of the end-to-end digital customer journey. They will be obsessed with ‘Creative effectiveness’ and draw on their experience and expertise to lead our teams to identify great opportunities that differentiate our clients and help them succeed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working closely with Acne and Deloitte Digital’s clients to define and reframe their problems.
- Developing insights that unlock creative opportunities
- Creating differentiated and effective end-to-end digital strategies (content, social, influencers, Google, eCommerce) – both campaign and long-term strategy
- Ensuring that the work delivers against our client’s goals
- You will be able to write effective business cases to aid client sell-in.
- You can manage and mentor other Acne strategists and creatives and work closely with the wider Deloitte Digital team.
- Overseeing strategists and creatives within the team, providing thought partnership, work reviews, career coaching and skills development.
- We need a thought leader within Acne and a specialist about the intersection of digital culture and marketing.
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in digital agencies or advertising agencies
- A proven history of developing and writing effective business cases to win new business
- A proven history of delivering effective strategic plans
- A comprehensive understanding of social platforms and audience and brand behaviours on these channels
- Media, communications and channel planning
- Creative and strategic effectiveness awards in content and or social
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to create, plan and run workshops
- An engaging presenter who’s comfortable in a pitch situation and with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Have an ability to manage and motivate the Acne and Deloitte Digital combined teams
- You should have a history of creating trusted working relationships with senior clients
- A proven history of developing insights that led to award winning work
